Awarded Research Presentation by students in Conferences

C.kaarthikeyan, M. Jayaprakashvel, A. Jaffar Hussain and R.Muthezhilan, 2010 “Lactobacillus – An alternative for sea food preservation”. In A National symposium on “ Molecular Innovation in Food Processing and Food Safety Management & Awareness programme on Career Prospects and Business Opportunities in Food Process held on April 5-6, 2010 at The Oxford College of Science, Bangalore. This symposium was jointly organized by National Institute of Food Technology and Entrepreneurship Management, Indian Institute of Crop Processing Technology, Ministry of Food Processing Industries and The Oxford College of Science.
